Compact mixed use development of residential flat units and a town centre retail foodstore onto Ashtead main high street. Proposals brought forward 9x apartment units with feature corner ‘penthouse’ units and a convenience M&S foodstore. Proposals were brought through from initial concept design to site completion with design & build contractor
