Project Brief

A mixed use scheme which maintains the existing retail frontage onto Peascod Street, while providing a new build hotel facility to the rear onto Mellor Walk. Proposals will bring forward a new active and beneficial site usage, re-enlivening the street frontage (especially from key visual aspects - Bachelors Acre and the library) and linkages through onto Peascod Street.
